If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer an exchange for an alternative item.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on Earrings and personalised items unless they are faulty.

I need my items urgently?

We endeavour to dispatch our items as quickly as possible. If you require your items quicker than the stated timeframe please contact us at giorginajewellery@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

Please email giorginajewellery@gmail.com where we will do our best to deal with the problem effectively. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response (Monday-Friday). Please do not use our social media platforms to contact us.

Do you offer bracelet maintenance repairs?

​

All our bracelets are covered by our standard six month repair warranty to cover any manufacturing defects at no cost to the customer. If your bracelet has broken after the six month timeframe or you'd like us to restring it, adding initials or changing the size, repair costs are £7 per bracelet. This payment covers labour of restringing, but additional letters or beads. Please me aware additional beads is set at a reasonable limit before extra costs are occurred.
