DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days for your item to be beautifully hand created. During busy periods our estimated timeframes may take a little longer. We will send you an email as soon as your item has been dispatched. Your item will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer an exchange only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised/customised items unless they are faulty. The product should be returned, in a re-saleable condition and received back within its original packaging, within 28 days of the original purchase date.
Earrings are non returnable due to health and safety reasons.
Once your item has been received we are unable to offer a return or refund if personalisation is incorrect upon customer request.

Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us on giorginajewellery@gmail.com, as soon as possible of receipt of goods. Quoting your order number, name and address, and a brief description of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will offer you an exchange or refund following receipt of return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
Please note that, due to the nature of the materials used for our products, the finish may vary from item to item.
