SUSTAINABILITY

Materials
Jewellery in its self is a more sustainable product, as jewellery made of quality materials is not thrown away, it is either kept or passed on.
Quality materials make a piece of jewellery shine bright and last a lifetime. All of our Sterling silver beads and chains are made from recycled silver.
To ensure longevity of our gold pieces, we only use gold filled materials.
Gold filled (also known as rolled gold) comprises of a solid brass (copper and zinc) core over which gold is mechanically bonded using heat and pressure. Gold filled items must contain, by law, 5% or 1/20 of gold by weight. The gold used is generally 12K or 14K. If taken care of, it can last as long as solid gold and won’t tarnish or rub off.
Because the gold layer on gold filled items is so much thicker it will not peel or flake and lasts for years.
Longevity
Our designers are crafted for longevity, but even the most durable styles can get damaged. All our jewellery is covered by our standard six month repair warranty to cover any manufacturing defects at no cost to the customer. If your jewellery piece has broken after the six month timeframe repairs can be completed for a small fee.
If you would like us to restring your bead bracelet, adding charms or changing the size, repair costs start at £7 per bracelet. This payment covers labour of restringing, however additional beads or charms occur an additional cost.
We want to ensure you can wear your jewellery again and again.
