All our bracelets are covered by our standard six month repair warranty to cover any manufacturing defects at no cost to the customer. If your bracelet has broken after the six month timeframe or you'd like us to restring it, adding initials or changing the size, repair costs are £7 per bracelet. This payment covers labour of restringing, but additional letters or beads. Please me aware additional beads is set at a reasonable limit before extra costs are occurred.

Although we expect our bracelets to last much longer then 6 months beaded bracelets may require re stringing after 1-2 years due to wear & tear on the elastic they are strung on, this is not a manufacturing fault, it is expected wear & tear for the stringing material used
